Senast uppdaterad: juni 2026Din integritet är viktig för oss. Den här policyn förklarar vilka personuppgifter vi samlar in, varför vi gör det, hur de skyddas och vilka rättigheter du har enligt EU:s dataskyddsförordning (GDPR, 2016/679).
1. Personuppgiftsansvarig

2. Vilka uppgifter vi samlar in
Vi samlar in följande kategorier av personuppgifter:
- Kontouppgifter: namn och e-postadress som du anger vid registrering.
- Betalningsinformation: Stripe lagrar och hanterar kortuppgifter för din räkning. Vi ser endast avidentifierade bekräftelser (de fyra sista siffrorna på kortet, kortmärke och betalningsstatus).
- Tittarframsteg och visningshändelser: vilka videor du har påbörjat och avslutat, vid vilken tidpunkt i videon du befinner dig, samt när händelserna inträffade. Dessa uppgifter används uteslutande för att du ska kunna återuppta videor där du slutade.
- Tekniska loggar: IP-adress och enhetsinformation som registreras automatiskt av infrastrukturen (Vercel, Cloudflare) i samband med nätverksförfrågningar. Dessa uppgifter lagras normalt i 30–90 dagar i enlighet med respektive leverantörs policy.
Vi samlar inte in känsliga personuppgifter som hälsodata, etnisk tillhörighet eller religiös övertygelse.

Vi använder inte dina personuppgifter för profilering, automatiserat beslutsfattande eller riktad marknadsföring från tredje part.
4. Personuppgiftsbiträden och tredjeparter
Vi delar dina uppgifter med ett begränsat antal personuppgiftsbiträden som hanterar data för vår räkning. Dessa leverantörer har ingått personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal och behandlar dina uppgifter enbart enligt våra instruktioner:

- Vercel (webbhosting och serverfunktioner) — Vercel Inc. Uppgifter: HTTP-loggar inklusive IP-adress. Vercels integritetspolicy →
- Cloudflare (videoleverans via CDN och DDoS-skydd) — Cloudflare, Inc. Uppgifter: IP-adress och nätverksmetadata. Cloudflares integritetspolicy →
Några av dessa leverantörer har sin primära verksamhet i USA. Överföringen skyddas av EU:s standardavtalsklausuler (SCCs) och/eller EU-US Data Privacy Framework där tillämpligt. Vi delar inte dina uppgifter med annonsörer eller andra tredjeparter.
5. Lagringstid
Vi lagrar dina personuppgifter så länge ditt konto är aktivt. Om du avslutar ditt konto raderas dina kontouppgifter och tittarframsteg inom 30 dagar, om inte längre lagring krävs av lag (t.ex. bokföringslagen som kräver 7 år för räkenskapsmaterial).
Du kan när som helst begära radering via profilsidan eller genom att kontakta oss — se avsnitt 6.
6. Dina rättigheter
Enligt GDPR har du följande rättigheter:
- Rätt till tillgång: Du kan begära en kopia av de personuppgifter vi har om dig.
- Rätt till rättelse: Du kan begära att felaktiga eller ofullständiga uppgifter rättas. Grundläggande uppgifter (namn, e-post) kan du uppdatera direkt på din profilsida.
- Rätt till radering ("rätten att bli glömd"): Du kan begära att ditt konto och dina personuppgifter raderas. Enklast gör du detta direkt på din profilsida (knappen "Radera mitt konto"). Rätten till radering gäller inte uppgifter som vi är skyldiga att bevara enligt lag.
- Rätt till begränsning: Under vissa förutsättningar kan du begära att behandlingen av dina uppgifter begränsas.
- Rätt till dataportabilitet: Du kan begära att få ut dina uppgifter i ett maskinläsbart format.
- Rätt att invända: Du kan invända mot behandling som baseras på berättigat intresse.
Skicka en förfrågan om att utöva dina rättigheter till sifu@martialartscentre.se. Vi besvarar din förfrågan inom 30 dagar.
Om du anser att vi behandlar dina uppgifter felaktigt har du rätt att lämna in ett klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
7. Cookies och lokal lagring
Martial Arts Centre Göteborg AB och MAC AB använder inte spårningscookies eller tredjeparts-annonskakor. Vi lagrar din inloggningssession (en krypterad token) i webbläsarens lokala lagring (localStorage) enbart för att hålla dig inloggad. Denna token innehåller ingen personlig information utöver ett anonym session-ID och raderas när du loggar ut eller raderar ditt konto.
Eftersom vi inte sätter icke-nödvändiga cookies visas inget cookie-samtyckesbanner.
8. Datasäkerhet
All kommunikation med jildin.com sker krypterat via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 eller senare). Lösenord lagras aldrig i klartext utan hashas med en stark algoritm. Betalkortsdata hanteras uteslutande av Stripe och lagras aldrig på våra servrar. Tillgången till produktionsdatabasen begränsas till ett minimum av personal och system.
9. Ändringar av policyn
Vi kan uppdatera denna integritetspolicy. Vid väsentliga förändringar meddelas du via e-post och policyn uppdateras med ett nytt datum. Vi rekommenderar att du läser igenom policyn när du noterar en datumsändring.

Last updated: June 2026Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which personal data we collect, why we do so, how it is protected, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account details: the name and email address you provide at registration.
- Payment information: Stripe stores and processes card details on our behalf. We only see de-identified confirmations (the last four digits of the card, card brand and payment status).
- Viewing progress and playback events: which videos you have started and finished, your position in a video, and when the events occurred. This data is used solely so that you can resume videos where you left off.
- Technical logs: IP address and device information recorded automatically by the infrastructure (Vercel, Cloudflare) in connection with network requests. This data is normally retained for 30–90 days in accordance with each provider's policy.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health data, ethnicity or religious beliefs.

We do not use your personal data for profiling, automated decision-making or third-party targeted advertising.
4. Processors and third parties
We share your data with a limited number of processors who handle data on our behalf. These providers have signed data processing agreements and process your data only on our instructions:

- Supabase (database and authentication) — Supabase Inc. Data: account and session data, viewing progress. Supabase's privacy policy →
- Vercel (web hosting and server functions) — Vercel Inc. Data: HTTP logs including IP address. Vercel's privacy policy →
- Cloudflare (video delivery via CDN and DDoS protection) — Cloudflare, Inc. Data: IP address and network metadata. Cloudflare's privacy policy →
Some of these providers operate primarily in the US. Transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your account details and viewing progress are deleted within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g. the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, which requires 7 years for accounting records).
You can request deletion at any time from your profile page or by contacting us — see section 6.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: you may request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected. Basic details (name, email) can be updated directly on your profile page.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may request that your account and personal data be deleted. The easiest way is directly on your profile page (the "Delete my account" button). The right to erasure does not apply to data we are legally required to retain.
- Right to restriction: under certain conditions you may request that processing of your data be restricted.
- Right to data portability: you may request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
7. Cookies and local storage
Martial Arts Centre Göteborg AB and MAC AB do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We store your login session (an encrypted token) in the browser's local storage (localStorage) solely to keep you signed in. This token contains no personal information beyond an anonymous session ID and is deleted when you sign out or delete your account.
Since we do not set non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is shown.
8. Data security
All communication with jildin.com is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or later). Passwords are never stored in plain text but hashed with a strong algorithm. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Access to the production database is restricted to a minimum of staff and systems.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy. In case of material changes you will be notified by email and the policy will be updated with a new date. We recommend reviewing the policy whenever you notice a date change.
